When politics
becomes dirty, it begins to irritate the people and citizenry with the capacity
to transform/change the status quo but the Status quo will NEVER change if
Youths of Nigeria don’t collectively agree and say - #OurMumuDonDo
YOUNG People need to be encouraged to get INVOLVED.
The arrow of God
will no longer be at peace and girls will begin to dress up for war - an
extreme situation our fatherland has found itself and our FATHERLAND needs
rescue.

I have watched
keenly how politics is being played in Nigeria with Leaders of questionable
character roaming the corridors of power and leadership bragging around with
empty BRAINs and doing absolutely nothing to correct the wrongs and anomalies
of our yesteryears.

Listening to
Senator Bukola Saraki at Chevening Scholar’s Leadership Summit and Gala Night
recently held at the Intercontinental hotel in Lagos, Nigeria. He shared and I
quote “Most of you (Young People)
cannot even play the kind politics here, but we shall look for ways of bringing
you in even if it’s through back door”
YOUNG People need to be encouraged to get INVOLVED.
Our parents get
jittery and rant: Don’t join politics, they will kill you, it’s so dirty. Sadly,
it’s truth of the Nigerian situation.

Again, I ponder and
I wonder, do we leave our future in the hands of folks who lacks the personal,
professional and self-less capacity to rescue our future and that of our kids? I
say NEVER!

This is the reason
I am stepping out BOLDLY with fellow like-minded Young Individuals to engage in
politics of the Mind and Brain, one where the power of the pen/brain combined
with the power of the masses can lead us to the Dreams I have of my
#FatherLand.
We want to ensure
we engage the #GRASSROOTS in politics. We want to engage our Undergraduates in
our Pinnacle and Citadel of higher learning who are our continent brightest and
best hope – they represent the FUTURE and we are going to work together, think together
and forge a collective front together that will ensure #EveryYouth has shot at
SUCCESS in his LIFETIME in our Nation, Nigeria.
